Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing effective therapeutic relationships while maintaining professionalism and ethical boundaries.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• An active, unrestricted, and independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• Proficiency in using technology and software including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY to enhance therapeutic processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting your experience, skills, and contributions. Our fee-for-service model guarantees rates and payments ahead of collections, ensuring you are compensated promptly.
