Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and initial evaluations with clients to identify their mental health needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans targeting specific mental health disorders and lifestyle concerns.

• Facilitate regular telehealth therapy sessions to provide ongoing support and guidance, equipping clients with coping strategies and tools for personal growth.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR), documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care and referral when necessary.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, applying your strong crisis management skills to support clients in distress.

• Participate in regular supervision meetings and trainings to enhance your professional development and stay updated on best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in assessing and treating a wide range of mental health disorders.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing culturally relevant approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
