Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns and establish accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities suitable for the client’s needs.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on both short-term and long-term treatment goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients in acute mental health situations, collaborating with emergency services when necessary.

• Keep detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards regarding mental health documentation.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and enhance the quality of care.

• Educate clients and families about pertinent mental health issues, treatment possibilities, and available community resources to empower their involvement in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
