Work Environment\n

As a telehealth-focused organization, our work environment promotes flexibility while maintaining rigorous professional standards. This fully remote position allows you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home, ensuring that you can deliver high-quality mental health services without the constraints of a physical office. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of some evening shifts to accommodate client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

This role primarily focuses on clients grappling with substance use disorders, encompassing a wide range of individuals from diverse backgrounds. As a vital member of our team, you will engage with clients at different stages of their recovery, from initial intake to sustained follow-up support, ensuring personalized care paths that address the specific challenges they face.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, LP, LMFT, or LCMFT in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with substance use disorders, recovery-oriented care practices, and effective treatment modalities.

• Proven ability to deliver both individual and group therapy, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, characterized by a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
