This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to deliver quality therapy services from the comfort of your own home while also providing essential support to our community. We provide flexible scheduling to accommodate the diverse needs of our patient population, typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments that explore each patient’s unique life experiences, enabling you to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, focusing on the individual needs of your clients, and adapting your approach based on cultural considerations.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy that fosters an inclusive environment for discussing mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure that patients receive comprehensive, well-coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention support, assisting patients in acute distress and guiding them through their mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate, confidential case documentation in compliance with relevant laws and ethical standards, ensuring patient privacy and trust.

• Engage actively in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress, strategies, and share insights from ongoing training in cultural competency.

• Stay abreast of advances in mental health research and therapeutic practices to enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders, along with evidence-based treatment strategies and a commitment to cultural competency.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy with a demonstrated ability to create an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for all clients.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills and capacity to maintain composure during challenging situations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
