Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your own home while utilizing our outpatient office as a collaborative hub for team meetings and patient consultations. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet client needs and accommodate emergent circumstances.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A deep understanding of psychological disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and the importance of cultural competence in therapy.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy with an emphasis on culturally responsive techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
