Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to provide therapeutic services via telehealth. You will engage with clients during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, to evaluate symptom severity and treatment needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their personal goals and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide clients toward improved mental health.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment strategies, and holistic self-care practices.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and address emerging needs.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care coordination.

• Stay informed on the latest research and trends in mental health, utilizing this knowledge to enhance treatment methodologies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals dealing with mood disorders, specifically those experiencing feelings of sadness, anxiety, and instability due to conditions like depression and bipolar disorder. Our diverse patient population includes adults of varying backgrounds, each requiring tailored therapeutic approaches to navigate their unique challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

• Expertise in therapeutic modalities for mood disorders, with practical experience in CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based treatments.

• Strong working knowledge of psychopharmacology and the ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists.

• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
