Work Environment

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will work onsite in our fully equipped Rehabilitation Center, which is designed to provide a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques—including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities—to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Track and document patient treatments, progress, and responses meticulously to ensure effective and responsible care during each session.
• Regularly reevaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, incorporating new goals to achieve maximum therapeutic potential.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on treatment protocols and the proper use of assistive devices to promote independence and self-care.
• Participate in interprofessional team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on optimal patient care strategies.
• Stay informed of industry developments by attending workshops and engaging with peer networks to maintain a high standard of practice.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective patient engagement and documentation.
• Proficient in using computer systems for documentation and patient management.
• A strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practices, with the ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in treatment approaches.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, we offer mentorship for new graduates, supporting their transition into real-world practice.
• Experience in home care settings or with specific patient populations is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
