Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical status, creating evidence-based treatment plans to enhance recovery from injuries, diseases, or surgeries.
• Utilize a multi-faceted approach to treatment, incorporating various techniques such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and promote mobility.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously and document interventions and outcomes to ensure effective treatment adjustments are made.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapeutic exercises, use of assistive devices, and self-care techniques to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance holistic patient care and improve outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements by attending workshops, studying relevant literature, and participating in professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Dreamer Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adults, and seniors all with varying degrees of mobility impairment. Our focus is on providing tailored interventions that address each patient's unique conditions, helping them achieve their personal therapy goals and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy to practice.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and other healthcare staff.
• Strong computer and documentation skills necessary for accurate patient record-keeping.
• A flexible and agile mindset to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a clinical outpatient setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to home health care or rehabilitation services may be an advantage.
• Familiarity with therapeutic equipment and modalities is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
