Key Responsibilities\n

• Monitor client progress regularly throughout the therapeutic process, adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Build strong interdisciplinary relationships with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless and comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Your primary focus will be individuals struggling with mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will serve a diverse clientele, which may include varying socioeconomic backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• Two or more years of post-licensure clinical experience, especially in managing mood disorders.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatments, particularly CBT and DBT, to effectively address the needs of clients with mood disorders.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology principles to collaborate effectively with medical professionals.

• Demonstrable success in achieving treatment outcomes for mood-related disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years post-licensure experience is required, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapies or experience with a broader range of mental health issues will be strongly favored.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance-related bonuses. We also offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
