Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through teletherapy sessions and in-depth interviews.

• Develop and implement customized therapeutic plans tailored to each client's specific needs and therapy goals.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse client groups presenting a range of mental health challenges, including substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Our clients often come from various socio-economic backgrounds, necessitating cultural competence and sensitivity in your approach to therapy. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
