Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by building strong therapeutic relationships and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
\n
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, review upcoming appointments, and determine discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Design, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine the best course of action.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, providing support and guidance as clients navigate their mental health journeys.
\n
• Engage in ongoing supervision to enhance clinical skills and address challenges in practice.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a network of healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse outpatient population seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, family issues, and life transitions. By fostering a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment, you will help clients achieve meaningful change and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
\n
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
\n
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency with technology, including experience with software such as Outlook, Excel, RMS systems, and PIMSY.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfort in conducting intake assessments and developing initial treatment plans.
\n

• Attractive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually based on experience and productivity.

• Fee-for-service compensation model, including guaranteed rates that are paid in advance of collections.
