Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific challenges faced by clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients, integrating various therapeutic modalities to achieve the best patient outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse clientele that spans various demographics and backgrounds, including individuals facing mental health challenges, families in therapy, couples seeking support in their relationships, and groups needing community support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Tennessee.
