Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and create personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs, involving assessment of their current emotional status and history of mental health challenges.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic support to clients, implementing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic techniques as appropriate.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes, demonstrating a commitment to improving mental health.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and providers to ensure integrated care that addresses both mental health and physical health needs.

• Engage in regular consultation and supervision meetings to discuss cases and share insights regarding best practices in mental health care.

• Document progress notes and treatment outcomes in compliance with telehealth regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Participate in case conferences and collaborative care conversations to enhance treatment effectiveness and improve client experiences.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health topics, treatment options, and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adults facing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• A valid state license to practice independently as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Vermont or eligibility for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
