Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' psychological needs and strengths, developing individualized treatment plans that guide therapy.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, employing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that foster learning and community among individuals facing similar mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
