Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health concerns, and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy tailored to various client populations, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in individual therapy sessions.

• Collaborate actively with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who prefer virtual meetings, ensuring accessibility for all clients regardless of their circumstances.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation to adhere to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
