Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients, utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other effective therapeutic modalities.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to formulate individualized treatment plans that set clear and achievable goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gentle Force Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
