Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing meaningful rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss therapeutic goals, and plan for appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals, with continuous monitoring and adjustments to ensure effectiveness.

• Maintain precise documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of new clients.

• Lead weekly individual therapy sessions, offering evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support client growth.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and reflect on professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current, unrestricted LPC licensure in New Jersey, allowing for independent practice.

• At least three years of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficient in utilizing technology, including RMS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.
