Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own panel of patients while effectively handling physician overflow to ensure comprehensive care continuity.
• Collaborate closely with physicians by providing crucial support throughout the surgical process, from pre-operative assessments to post-operative follow-up.
• Conduct thorough history and physical examinations for all assigned patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory studies and x-rays, adhering to established clinical protocols.
• Facilitate follow-up care by coordinating referrals to specialty physicians for patients requiring further treatment or examinations.
• Engage in ongoing patient education, empowering individuals with knowledge about their conditions and treatment options.
• Document patient interactions, treatments, and progress meticulously in our electronic medical records (EMR) system to ensure seamless communication across healthcare teams.
• Actively participate in team meetings and case discussions to optimize patient care strategies and share best practices with your peers.

Compensation and Benefits

Endurance Healthcare Center offers a competitive salary between USD 150,000 and 180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
