Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and gather medical histories to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests, interpreting results to develop tailored treatment plans based on each patient’s unique needs.
• Administer vaccinations and medications while educating patients on health maintenance, preventive measures, and lifestyle changes.
• Monitor and manage chronic health conditions, coordinating referrals to specialists when necessary.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for documenting patient encounters with accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Stay abreast of current medical research and policy changes to provide the best possible care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
