Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical care to clients, including assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy to those facing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct developmentally appropriate screenings, assessments, and create integrated care plans that connect clients with necessary services.

• Deliver brief, focused treatment and prevention services tailored to client needs, while continuously monitoring client outcomes and adjusting care plans accordingly.

• Assist in crisis intervention, ensuring that clients receive timely and appropriate responses to their needs.

• Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions and adhere to professional guidelines while documenting all client encounters and treatment plans in line with organizational policies.

• Participate in committees and meetings aimed at improving agency service delivery, quality improvements, and overall client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
