Role Overview The Human Resources Coordinator manages day‑to‑day administration to support talent acquisition activities, including recruiting, event scheduling, and travel. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR team. Serve as point of contact for new hires to complete pre‑employment requirements (communication, background checks, fingerprinting, drug screening, onboarding). Maintain accurate, organized documentation for all candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and HRIS (Dayforce). Complete data entry for recruitment activities and employment‑related programs to ensure data integrity. Maintain, audit, and retain employment records, including pre‑employment information, fingerprinting (CHRC), and Form I-9. Email candidates to confirm interviews, book travel, and update/manage interview schedules. Assist with recruitment event coordination and scheduling. Review hiring data to support Talent Acquisition. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Competencies High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience. 1 year of aviation or airline experience preferred. 1 year of Human Resources experience preferred. Reliability, self‑motivation, and a positive attitude. Analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills. Strong multitasking ability to meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Knowledge of recruiting processes and requirements preferred. Experience with ATS and HRIS systems preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information. Ability to work additional hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel up to 5% as needed. Ability to stand, walk, sit, and work at a computer for long periods. Physical ability to lift, bend, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. Work events may require standing and travel to career events. Typical office environment.
