Quick Facts Location: Minneapolis, MN Start Date: 09/14/2026 End Date: 12/14/2026 (with potential extension) Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Friday) Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Temporary (with possibility to extend) License/Certs: MN license required, BLS, ACLS Experience: Prior hematology experience required, oncology focus preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $105.02/hour Pay package discussed upon application Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Travel and licensure reimbursements where applicable 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You’ll Do Provide inpatient hematology and malignant/benign care to diverse patient populations Support hospital staff with hematology/oncology procedures and patient management Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR system Support newly building bone marrow program with your hematology expertise Manage a full patient load, approximately 11-16 patients per day Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards at all times What You Need MN state license (required) Prior hematology/oncology inpatient experience (required) BLS and ACLS certifications Strong understanding of hematology/oncology practices and protocols Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and organizational skills About the Assignment Join a reputable hospital in Minneapolis, MN, offering a dynamic inpatient hematology and oncology department.
