Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement and monitor therapy protocols for a wide range of patient conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and methodologies in treatment sessions to maximize patient outcomes and rehabilitation success.
• Provide skilled care, adapting treatment approaches in real time based on patient progress and feedback.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring an excellent experience for each patient while contributing to the overall clinic atmosphere.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans and outcomes, fostering a cooperative environment.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment goals, exercises, and self-management strategies.
• Achieve and exceed minimum utilization goals and other performance indicators outlined by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a physical therapist at Evolve, you will work with a diverse patient demographic, including adult and pediatric populations facing a variety of challenges. Our clinic specializes in orthopedic injuries, sports rehabilitation, neurologic conditions, and other physical ailments. You will be instrumental in helping patients regain their mobility, improve strength, and enhance functional independence, all while focusing on their unique rehabilitation journeys.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer applications.
• A dedication to establishing strong rapport with patients and their families, fostering a supportive and motivational environment.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for connecting with individuals and enhancing their healing experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation facility and familiarity with a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
