Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, using standardized tools and clinical judgment.

• Collaborate with clients to create and refine individualized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and preferences, ensuring tailored approaches to therapy.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective treatment interventions for mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their family members about mood disorders, exploring treatment options and fostering self-care strategies that encourage resilience and recovery.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout the treatment journey, adjusting therapy techniques and treatment plans as needed based on clinical observations and client feedback.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring holistic and integrated care for our clients.

• Stay informed about new developments in the field of mood disorders to continually enhance treatment practices and methodologies utilized in therapy.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards of confidentiality.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and contribute to a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement.

• Advocate for clients, promoting awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues, particularly regarding mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory for this role.

• At least two years of post-license experience with a focus on mood disorders is highly preferred.

• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities specifically geared towards mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the collaborative dynamics between therapy and medication management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
