Our operation hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility required for evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the needs and treatment goals of individuals seeking support for substance use disorders.

• Design personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, aiming for measurable improvements in patient outcomes.

• Provide individual counseling sessions grounded in motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, adapting to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists and addiction specialists to create a seamless care experience, ensuring all treatment efforts are coordinated and efficient.

• Educate patients and their families on addiction dynamics, recovery options, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, ranging from those in the initial stages of recovery to those facing challenges with relapse. The diverse backgrounds and circumstances of our clients require a therapist who is adaptable and culturally competent, capable of addressing a variety of psychological and social factors influencing their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Comprehensive knowledge of substance use disorders, including trends in treatment and recovery-oriented models.

• Demonstrated experience in leading individual and group therapy sessions specifically focusing on addiction treatment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exhibiting a non-judgmental and compassionate approach to clients.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ensure strict confidentiality in all interactions.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications relevant to clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The yearly salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and USD 130,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
