Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and diagnoses, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and document all clinical notes and assessments in accordance with organizational policies.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes trust and collaboration.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to assist clients in reaching and exceeding their individualized goals.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client-facing visits per week to ensure effective therapy while also allowing for a fulfilling work schedule.
\n
• Engage in community outreach and networking efforts to strengthen relationships and provide valuable resources to our client base.
\n
• Participate in regular clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and contribute to team objectives.
\n
• Respond promptly and professionally to all communications from the Clinical Director and other relevant departments.
\n
• Foster an environment of collaboration, teamwork, and mutual support while respecting individual work autonomy and authenticity.

This position primarily involves working with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, each facing unique challenges related to mental health and substance use. Your expertise will be critical in addressing their specific needs and enhancing their overall quality of life as they navigate their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.
\n
• Must possess a valid and independently held Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interactions with clients and team members.

• Proficiency in Office 365 applications and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Ability to set and maintain professional boundaries with clients to ensure a therapeutic relationship.

• Experience completing documentation of services, including initial assessments, comprehensive treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele, particularly those in detoxification or rehabilitation settings.
