Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and mental health assessments aimed at identifying clients' strengths, needs, and treatment goals.

• Monitor and document client progress, utilizing tools and benchmarks to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans.

• Provide tailored support to families, facilitating discussions that enhance understanding and involvement in their child’s therapeutic journey.

• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans with families, integrating evidence-based strategies and the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Offer families resources, training, and support designed to enhance their child's developmental outcomes.

• Apply behavioral coaching models and natural environment teaching techniques to engage clients effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse client population, including children and families experiencing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current active licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling is required.

• Must possess current Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (or be in progress).

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

• Self-motivated with the capability to initiate and follow through on billing documentation and related administrative tasks.

Compensation and Benefits\n
