This position is entirely remote, enabling you to work from anywhere in Albany, Oregon, or beyond. You will be part of a dynamic team that utilizes telehealth technology to facilitate therapy sessions, allowing for a flexible schedule while maintaining high standards of care. Our clinic provides a harmonious blend of work-life balance and professional fulfillment, with standard operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs, using evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual and couples therapy, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Regularly document therapy sessions and ensure completion of clinical notes within 24 hours, maintaining high accuracy for compliance and continuity of care.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and benchmarks for client progress.
\n
• Engage in regular collaborative case discussions with colleagues to share insights and strategies for effective treatment.
\n
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client records in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access for care continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adult individuals and couples facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your role is crucial in helping clients navigate these difficulties and work towards improved emotional well-being and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline is required.

• Must hold independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a similar certification.

• Proficient with virtual therapy platforms and comfortable conducting therapy in a digital format is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates who have at least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Experience working in telehealth is highly desirable, as is familiarity with various therapeutic approaches.
