Accounting Manager
Direct Hire- Bronx, Onsite
We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Manager that will report directly to the CFO. In this role, you will own the full-cycle financial operations, providing strategic oversight while actively managing a small team. You will ensure the accuracy of all financial statements and take charge of audit preparation to maintain consistent compliance and readiness. Beyond core operations, you will also play a key role in developing and enforcing internal controls, maintaining the general ledger, overseeing month-end close procedures, and analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights to leadership. You will be responsible for streamlining accounting workflows, managing reconciliations, and collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to support organizational goals. Requirements 
5+ years of full cycle accounting experience
Previous ownership over month-end
Property and/or non-profit accounting experience

Preferred 
Proficiency in property or construction accounting/ERP software
