Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day activities as a Mental Health Counselor will include:

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW , LPC , LMFT , or PsyD .

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for meaningful connections with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and struggles.

• Organizational skills and effective time management to maintain a productive caseload.
