Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Diagnose psychological conditions in accordance with DSM-5 criteria and develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' values and goals.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Teach clients effective coping mechanisms and self-care strategies to help them manage stress, anxiety, and depression.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of clients’ treatment and progress, adhering to all relevant legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and interpersonal relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling or a related mental health field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and availability.
