Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, enabling you to provide high-quality mental health services via telehealth platforms. As a telehealth provider, you will utilize modern technologies to conduct assessments and therapy sessions, ensuring flexibility for both you and your clients. A typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some required flexibility based on patient needs. Team meetings and case consultations will also utilize video conferencing tools to promote effective collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and therapeutic support groups, fostering relatedness and educating patients on coping strategies and mental health resources.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and psychological staff to ensure a well-rounded treatment approach and cohesive care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including immediate support during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and well-being.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in professional development through continuing education and training, staying abreast of advancements in mental health practices.

• Contribute to a collegial atmosphere by engaging in regular case consultations and participating in team-building activities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
