Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish rapid rapport with students, families, and other team members, utilizing effective communication skills, including active listening and non-judgmental dialogue.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to assess mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues, with the ability to organize more comprehensive evaluations as needed.

• Manage a patient caseload, providing follow-up interventions tailored to each student’s specific needs and circumstances.

• Employ the electronic medical record system to document encounters and care plans promptly, ensuring completion within 48 hours of patient contact.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, coordinating resources and maintaining communication among all stakeholders related to the student’s care.

• Safeguard patient privacy and uphold confidentiality in all communications and documentation.
\n
• Participate actively in supervision, case conferences, and quality improvement meetings to enhance service delivery and professional development.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources and support organizations, ensuring students have access to the services they need, such as educational and vocational support.

• Respond to inquiries from students, families, and other professionals, addressing scheduling needs and providing necessary information.

• Remain flexible in performing additional duties as required to support the organization and its mission.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a related field of Behavioral Health.

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
