Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering professional relationships based on trust, empathy, and respect.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, provide interventions, renew treatment plans, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with organizational standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ histories, presenting concerns, and treatment needs.

• Engage in weekly individual supervision to discuss cases, receive feedback, and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with diverse populations including individuals experiencing mental health challenges and those confronting issues related to substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.

• At least one year of professional experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance abuse issues.

• Strong foundational skills in assessment, diagnosis, and facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Competence in using technology and software systems for patient management and documentation, with basic keyboarding skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a plus.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
