Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and evaluate the severity of mood disorders in clients, ensuring an accurate understanding of their individual challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating their preferences and goals to create a tailored therapeutic journey.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques as needed to meet client needs.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding the nature of mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport with clients.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by potential bonuses and a sign-on bonus.
