Our operational hours are primarily Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional evening shifts based on appointment needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health and substance use disorders, considering their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• Collaborate effectively with clients to create individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions tailored to their specific needs and objectives.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy, focused on developing coping mechanisms, relapse prevention techniques, and strategies for emotional regulation.

• Facilitate coordination of care among the interdisciplinary team, ensuring that client treatment is holistic and comprehensive, addressing complex interdependencies.

• Monitor client substance use and utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients to make informed decisions regarding their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities for treating co-occurring disorders, including techniques such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within an interdisciplinary setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience working with clients who have co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
