Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients, using structured diagnostic tools and interviews.

• Develop, execute, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through various modalities including individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions, adapting to the client’s evolving circumstances.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies in response to ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Offer crisis intervention support to clients experiencing immediate emotional distress, ensuring their safety and promoting stabilization.
