This full-time remote position focuses on providing essential support to children from birth to three years old who are experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored for each child.

• Monitor progress and outcomes, actively engaging with families and team members to adjust strategies as necessary.

• Provide ongoing emotional and educational support to families, empowering them to advocate for their child's needs.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations regarding children's services.

• Facilitate positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a nurturing and effective learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers, specifically those who are facing challenges related to disabilities or developmental delays. This role not only requires a deep understanding of child development but also a compassionate approach to working with families during critical times in their children's lives. By utilizing evidence-based practices, you will help children and families navigate the complexities of early intervention services.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license for any occasional in-person meetings or training sessions.

• Strong adaptability skills to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of children within their Individualized Treatment Plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
