Work Environment\n

This position offers a completely remote work setting, allowing for flexibility in your schedule. As part of our telehealth facility, you will conduct sessions through secure video chat platforms that prioritize client confidentiality and data protection. You will work primarily Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a work-life balance without on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized video therapy sessions with clients, focusing on their mental health and wellness.

• Facilitate open discussions with clients about their feelings and life experiences, helping them gain deeper self-awareness and improved interpersonal relationships.

• Act as an advocate for your clients, providing support while guiding them in establishing realistic and measurable personal goals.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health statuses and collaborate with them to develop tailored treatment plans employing solution-focused strategies aligned with your clinical expertise.

• Document all sessions and treatment progress in our electronic health record system, adhering to compliance and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to clinical discussions, sharing insights to enhance the overall effectiveness of our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults presenting with stable, low-acuity mental health issues. This may include clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. Our aim is to empower clients by equipping them with tools for managing their mental health effectively and building resilience in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.

• Valid independent licensure to practice as a mental health professional, including options like Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient computer literacy skills, comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with your experience and productivity. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, including:
