Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop tailored care plans. This includes utilizing standardized assessment tools and engaging in dialogues to fully understand client backgrounds.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, to facilitate emotional healing and coping strategies.

• Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care and outreach initiatives.

• Educate clients and their families about available mental health resources, including community programs, support groups, and life skills workshops to empower them in their journey towards recovery.

• Stay informed of the latest research and methodologies in mental health, integrating best practices into your work.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Wild Spirit Therapy, you will primarily work with diverse populations, including adults and elderly clients who may be experiencing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will also engage with families caring for aging loved ones, facilitating discussions that enhance their understanding and management of related stressors. Your role will be crucial in advocating for clients, ensuring they receive the proper support tailored to their individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Nevada.
