Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions focusing on a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts, tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients' needs, followed by the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans that encourage progress and healing.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educational specialists, to coordinate care, enhance treatment effectiveness, and share insights regarding client progress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic health records (EHR) to ensure accurate documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client interactions, while upholding compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through clinical supervision and continued education, ensuring best practices in therapy and compliance with licensure requirements.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments as needed to support clients in high-stress situations.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals of diverse backgrounds struggling with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a mental health counselor within the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
