Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual challenges.

• Provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth, utilizing innovative technologies that enhance the therapeutic experience and ensure client engagement.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive online environment where clients can share experiences and learn coping strategies collaboratively.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients effectively manage their emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Respond to crisis situations with immediate intervention strategies and coordinate referrals to appropriate mental health resources when necessary.

• Document all client interactions accurately and promptly in compliance with Tennessee state regulations and organizational policies, maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending virtual workshops and case consultations to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will primarily work with adults facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional disorders. Qualifications\n
