This role offers a flexible and supportive work environment, allowing you to work remotely while adhering to a structured schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess the needs of clients by conducting thorough evaluations over the phone or through video consultations, ensuring we gather relevant information to tailor our interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies to clients facing acute emotional distress, including immediate support and safety planning.

• Facilitate access to additional supportive services by making referrals to community resources and other healthcare agencies.

• Engage clients in beneficial activities that promote their well-being and encourage active participation in their treatment plans.

• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment progress, and follow-up actions in compliance with confidentiality and legal standards.

• Stay informed about the latest practices and methodologies in social work through active participation in training sessions, team meetings, and supervision.

• Identify and report signs of child abuse, adhering to mandated reporting regulations and procedures.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
