Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate support to clients by conducting assessments through phone interviews or virtual consultations.

• Develop personalized treatment plans to address client needs, ensuring a holistic approach to their care.

• Conduct crisis interventions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to manage acute situations and provide immediate support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily consist of individuals grappling with issues such as mental health disorders, domestic violence, neglect, and the implications of parental substance abuse. As an LCSW, you are expected to bring empathy and understanding, harnessing your expertise to create a safe space for clients to express their feelings and concerns. Your role is critical in not only addressing immediate crisis situations but also in promoting long-term recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Valid driver’s license is preferred to facilitate future in-person engagements if necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
