Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care methodologies.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and care managers, to create comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services as needed, ensuring safety and appropriate support.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation that complies with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
