Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, demonstrating compassion and adherence to ethical standards.

• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to address clients’ unique mental health concerns.

• Formulating personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments that reflect each client’s specific needs and objectives.

• Guiding clients in developing insights into their feelings and interpersonal relationships to foster self-awareness and growth.

• Regularly monitoring client progress throughout treatment and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve low-acuity adults who are stable but experiencing a range of mental health challenges. These clients may seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Your role is to provide a safe and supportive environment where they can express themselves and work toward personal growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Possess one of the following licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No limitations on your license or any disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a strong ability to empathize with clients.

• High proficiency in computer skills and telehealth technologies to facilitate effective communication with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While specific prior experience is not mandatory, candidates with backgrounds including, but not limited to, the following will be viewed favorably:
