Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, identifying strengths and areas for growth, which can range from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client feedback, facilitating effective therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients, including youth and adults facing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of four years of direct experience in providing mental health counseling or therapy.

• Strong behavioral health assessment skills and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proficiency in the use of EHR systems and telehealth technologies to manage client information and appointments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
