This position is entirely remote, allowing our LCSWs the flexibility to work from home while providing essential care to our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform in-depth client assessments to create tailored treatment plans that encompass individual and group therapy options, utilizing evidence-based practices to address each client's unique circumstances.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients overcome dependencies, while facilitating discussions that promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Establish measurable treatment goals in collaboration with clients, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and legal protocols to foster accountability and progress.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans, aligned with both state and federal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution or a related field.

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of direct clinical experience, particularly in social work, substance use treatment, or mental health settings.
