Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Tufts, you will:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement comprehensive treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, ensuring alignment with the prescribed plan of care.
• Utilize your expertise to treat a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall effectiveness of our care.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to optimize patient care through evidence-based methodologies, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Provide both hands-on therapy and educational support to patients, including consulting with and training caregivers, to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Meet defined productivity goals, contributing to business strategies aimed at improving service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from a recognized institution.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, essential for patient interactions and team collaboration.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
